Rules Rabbinical Divorces Binding on Jews

The High Court of Appeal here today handed down its opinion that a Rabbinical divorce is binding upon all members of the Jewish faith.

The court also ruled that the Rabbinate is authorized to deal with all divorce cases in which the principals are Jews.
