Rumanian Army Court Frees 3 Jews Held on Disloyalty Charges

Three well-known Rumanian Jews were today acquitted by a military court of charges that they had committed disloyal acts against the Rumanian State. They are Sigmund Birman, former president of the Bucharest Jewish Community Leopold Stern, author, and Achille Saraga, an agent of the Currency Exchange Office.
