The United Rumanian Jews of America has sent a letter to King Carol of Rumania protesting against attacks on the Jews of America by the Episcopate of the Rumanian Church in America and its official newspaper, Solia. Declaring that such attacks are destroying relations between Rumanian Christians and Jews, the letter asks King Carol to “take such measures as will prevent the repetition of misleading and unfavorable propaganda affecting the good name of Rumania.”
