Russia will curb the activities of neo-Nazi parties and totalitarian sects, a top Russian security official said, according to the Russian Interfax news agency. “Under federal law, the state must resolutely interfere with and curb the activity of Nazi, fascist or other parties and movements of the sort, as well as totalitarian sects,” Vladimir Rushailo, the secretary of the Russian Security Council, said Tuesday in Moscow.
