Voter registration is beginning for the elections to the 35th World Zionist Congress, which takes place June 19-22, 2006, in Israel. The World Zionist Congress, which meets every four to five years, debates the policies of the World Zionist Organization, which controls half of the $350 million budget of the Jewish Agency for Israel.
