Violence against the Jewish population in Russia because a section of the Russian people holds them responsible for the tyranny of the present regime, was denounced at a meeting of the Russian National Progressive Party composed of exiled “Right Cadets”. The conference pledged its members to do their utmost to prevent the spread of this prejudice. Simultaneously a resolution was adopted protesting against foreign intervention in Russia.
