Russian legislators rebuked some lawmakers who recently signed a strongly anti-Semitic letter. The letter later was revoked and most of its signatories repudiated their signatures, but the Duma resolution last Friday said that the fact that such a statement could appear at all leaves the lower house of Parliament concerned.
