The Russo-Roumanian Conference which has been in session here since last Saturday is approaching a point of rupture on account of the hotly contested Bessarabian question, which is overshadowing all other points on the Agenda. The break is imminent because the delegates have been unable to find a common basis for discussion, both sides demanding that the Bessarabian question be settled in their favor.
