Western Reserve University announced today receipt of a gift of $50,000 from the Saltzman Foundation, Maurice Saltzman and Shirley Saltzman. The grant will be used to establish a Shirley and Maurice Saltzman Distinguished Faculty Fund to help attract and keep distinguished faculty members. Mr. Saltzman is vice-president of the Cleveland Jewish Community Federation.
