Edward Reithroach, Assistant Chief Secretary to Sir Herbert Samuel, has been appointed the official representative of the Palestinian Government in the British Colonial Office in London. His place in Palestine will be taken by Mr. Max Nuroc, until recently the private secretary of Sir Herbert Samuel. Mr. Nuroc was formerly Secretary of the Zionist Commission which visited Palestine several years ago.
