Rabbi Henry Cohen of Galveston and Morris Stern of San Antonio, addressed the meeting.
Gilbert Land was chosen chairman of the campaign which will begin today. Subscriptions of $10,000 from Mrs. Alexander Jaske, $3,000 from Jesse D. Oppenheimer, $3,000 from Alex H. Halff and $15,000 from Fred G. Oppenheimer were already announced.
