Saul S. Spiro of this city, well known Zionist and educator, was elected secretary of the Zionist Organization of America by its national executive, succeeding Simon Shetzer of Detroit, who retired from that post because of ill health. Mr. Spiro was director of membership of the ZOA and also served as acting secretary of the organization.
