The Zionist Organization should have produced a picture like that long ago, exclaimed Maurice Schwartz, veteran actor of the Yiddish stage, upon seeing “‘The Dream of My People” at the Acme Theatre.
“The pictures of Palestine which the film brings so colorfully before one are completely charming. When the picture ended I waited for it to begin all over again,” said Mr. Schwartz, “and I marvelled at the beautiful dream which became a reality.”
