David Schweitzer, special American representative of the Hias-Ica Emigration Association, left Palestine today for Turkey where he will establish an office of the Association to facilitate the emigration of Jews who can still be removed from the Balkan countries. Mr. Schweitzer will cooperate with the Jewish Agency office there.
