Second Bomb Letter Received at Embassy

A second letter bomb addressed to the Israeli Embassy here was intercepted today by postal authorities and immediately brought to the police. The letter was destroyed by army de-mining experts. Yesterday, Belgian police began a systematic inspection of luggage and control of passengers’ identity in several Belgian railroad stations after receiving information of possible attacks against the Trans-Europe Express going to or coming from West Germany.
