Secretary of Labor James P. Mitchell tendered a luncheon today at Anderson House in honor of Pinchas Lavon, secretary-general of Histadrut, the Israel Labor Federation. Guests included officials of the State and Labor Departments, Israel’s diplomatic representatives and prominent American trade union leaders.
