Secure Community Network and the United Jewish Communities will hold a Web seminar Tuesday to discuss the Jewish community’s preparedness for a pandemic such as an outbreak of avian flu. The seminar, to be held from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., Eastern time, will feature speakers from the Center for Disease Control and the White House Homeland Security Council.
