“WHAT MIGHT BE DONE ON MERE LOCAL INITIATIVE WOULD BE ONE THING, BUT TO HAVE THESE LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS SUPPORTED ABROAD IS MORE SERIOUS,” THE SENATOR SAID.
