Senator Thomas J. Dodd of Connecticut, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today pledged to work for passage of a bill introduced by Senator Hubert Humphrey, which would abolish the national origins quota system and completely revise the McCarran-Walter Immigration and Naturalization Act. He made this statement to the Hartford Jewish Ledger.
