Senior Israeli and Palestinian security officials held U.S.-mediated talks. The two sides met Sunday night in the Tel Aviv area to prepare for the arrival Monday of two U.S. envoys. For the first time in months, the sides called the talks “productive,” Israel’s Army Radio reported.
