Radu Lecca, Minister for Jewish Affairs in the pro-Nazi Antonescu Government, who was sentenced to death as a war criminal several weeks ago, has been reprieved and his sentence commuted to life imprisonment, it was announced here. Lecca was tried together with 16 other high Rumanian officials including Marshal Ion Antonescu, who was executed yesterday.
