Seven Israelis are sharing a lottery jackpot worth more than $12 million. But the biggest winner of Tuesday s draw was the Israeli Lottery Commission, which announced revenues of more than $20 million as citizens rushed to grocery stores and kiosks for last-minute ticket purchases.
