Several French papers here have sharply criticized the Arab newspaper “Azzhora” for its support of the Cairo hangings of two Jews accused of “Zionist espionage.” “Tunisie France” and “Tunis Socialiste” also devoted special articles to the Cairo trials and their aftermath, in which strong condemnation of the hangings was expressed.
