Several lawmakers have signed a letter to President Bush in support of the “road map” toward Israeli-Palestinian peace. The letter, circulated by Rep. Lois Capps (D-Calif.) and signed by 20 members of the U.S. House of Representatives, applauds the release of the plan and expresses hope that Palestinian reforms will lead to Middle East peace.
