Shimon Peres and Jibril Rajoub agreed that Israel’s security barrier will not end Israeli- Palestinian violence. Speaking Sunday in Tel Aviv at a forum hosted by the Peres Center for Peace, the Labor Party leader and Palestinian Authority security adviser said only joint action by both sides will help bring about peace.
