Shimon Peres suggested Kuwait do business with Israel. “We have never been in a conflict with Kuwait at any point and we know that its interference in the Palestinian issue is a positive one in essence and not one that supports terrorism or incitement,” the Israeli vice premier told the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Seyassah on Sunday.
