Shmuel Tenenblatt, editor of the Jewish weekly, the Folks-Sztyme, in Warsaw, died there this morning after being in a coma for four days his sister, Anna Tenzer, reported here. He was 47. Born in Galicia in 1935, Tenenblatt studied philosophy at Warsaw College. During the war, he end his parents fled to the Soviet Union and returned to Poland after the war. In a recent interview with Milton Jacoby for the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, Tenenblatt said that the Folks-Sztyme was a leading unifying cultural force among Jews in Poland.
