Chaim Reuben Horowitz, alleged Zionist Revisionist, who was arrested yesterday as he attempted to blow the shofar (ram’s horn) at the Wailing Wall, was bound over today to keep the peace for two years. Judge Oliver Plunkett, who heard the case, based his sentence on the Palestine order in council containing the regulations for the Wailing Wall.
