Show People to Play for Israel Orphan Asylum

The names of the first group of stars who will appear at the annual all-star show and fashion revue of the Israel Orphan Asylum, on Saturday evening, March 10, were made public by former City court Justice Gustave Hartman, founder and president of the institution. They include Mary Pickford. George M. Cohan, Helen Hayes, Philip Mcrivale, Helen Menken, Rubinoff and his orchestra, Buddy Rogers and his orchestra, the entire Ziegfeld Follies headed by Fanny Brice, Roland Young, Belle Baker, Tamara, Lyda Roberti and others.

More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the show, which will be held at Madison Square Garden.
