Miss Jane Evans of Cincinnati, executive secretary of the National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods, will arrive in New York on Thursday to attend the New York State biennial meeting of the Sisterhoods, which will take place at Temple Rodeph Sholom, on April 22-24.
