(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

A tract of 2500 dunams in the vicinity of Haifa was purchased by Engineer Soskin, author of the Soskin intensive colonization plan.

The land was purchased from the Haifa Bay Company for the purpose of establishing the first colony along the lines of the Soskin Plan. The land is situated on the outskirts of Haifa and is a good location for the experiment.

Registration of new settlers will start immediately.

Another colony to be established on the Soskin plan will be located at Kabara.
