Six recent immigrants to Israel were yesterday killed by a landmine near Petach Tikvah when they attempted to dismantle the bomb.
The immigrants had left a reception camp at Petach Tikvah a short time before the tragic accident. They apparently mistook the camouflaged mine for a field stove.
