The slogan “Jews Go Home” made its appearance on the Rue de Rivoli arcades in Paris yesterday in the midst of political developments in the deepening French crisis, the London News Chronicle reported today.

The newspaper’s correspondent, James Cameron, noted that this and similarly “sinister new slogans” have appeared on walls about Paris, evidence in his eyes–of “an ominous confusion and thought groping for the beastly formulas of the past.”
