Two South African delegates to the second postwar congress of the World ORT Union, who were detained in Saudi Arabia after their plane was forced to land in that country because of engine trouble, have been released and are expected to arrive here late tonight, it was announced today by a spokesman for the ORT conference. The delegates are Rabbi M.C. Weiler and Dr. A. Sonnabond.
