The 7th national conference of the Zionist Socialist Party of South Africa today adopted a resolution supporting the efforts of Israel and Jewish groups to obtain payment of reparations claims from Germany.
Yona Kessi, member of the Israel Parliament, who addressed the parley, told the delegates that party tension in Israel had “overstepped its natural boundaries and is adversely affecting the healthy development of the country.”
