So African Zionists Purchase Large Quantities of Food for Israel

Large quantities of frozen fillet, yeast, jam, canned vegetables, butter, canned fish and dehydrated potatoes have been purchased by the South African Zionist Federation’s supply committee for shipment to Israel, it was reported here.

Negotiations are also under way for the purchase of a large supply of blankets for Israel. Through an arrangement with the South African Government, funds of the Israeli United Appeal are being used for the export of goods from this country to Israel.
