Social Democrats Foster Schechita Prohibition in Sweden

Prohibition against the Schechita was enacted by a bill passed in Parliament.

The bill was sponsored by the Social Democratic group. It was stated that the slaughter house workers affiliated with the party threatened to boycott those slaughter houses where the schechita was practiced.
