Some 50 members of the Bnei Menashe community in northeastern India arrived in Israel on Tuesday. After the community members, who say they are members of a lost tribe of Israel, complete the conversion process, they will be granted new immigrant status, Israel Radio reported. Some 700 members of the community have immigrated to Israel, the report said.
