Some 80 members of the Israel Committee for Solidarity with the People of Chile, supported by the Israel branch of Amnesty International, demonstrated outside the Chilean Embassy here last Thursday against the policies of President Augusto Pinochet of Chile. The demonstrators described his policies as fascist. Many of the demonstrators, who still have relatives in Chile, wore masks to avoid possible reprisals against their families.
