Pavel Yershov, Soviet Minister to Israel, boarded the Constanza-bound Rumanian liner Transylvania today en route home to Moscow for a leave. The Russian diplomat only yesterday notified the Israel Foreign Ministry that he was leaving the country for a visit home.
