Civilian Defense courses in Yiddish have been instituted in Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and many other towns with large Jewish populations, it was reported here today. Also in towns and villages where a considerable number of Jews reside the Civilian Defense regulations have been posted in Yiddish.
