Joseph Sprinzak, Speaker of the Israel Parliament, was honored by the Argentina Senate at a special session at which a warm tribute was paid to the Jewish state and the Jewich people. A similar session was held by the House of Representatives.

Mr. Sprinzak, replying in Hebrew, which was translated into Spanish, thanked the Senators for the cordial reception and expressed his gratification for the friendly relations established between Argentina and Israel.

At a press conference here, Mr. Sprinzak denied that the Israel Government discriminates against free enterprise. On the contrary, he insisted, there are very good possibilities for private investment in the Jewish state.
