Lehman has been established by the Israel Bond Organization, it was announced today by Ira Guilden, national chairman of the organization, and William Goldfine, New York chairman. The presentation of the award, they said, will be a highlight of the 1964 effort to raise $85,000,000 in investment capital for Israel through the Israel Bond drive.
