Municipal Court Justice Jacob S. Strahl of Brooklyn was unanimously re-elected honorary president of the Gates of Mercy Center, non-sectarian private charity institution, at the annual meeting held last night at 53 Lewis street, where the organization maintains its Manhattan shelter.
