Street in Brazilian City Named for State of Israel; Ceremony Held

A street in Salvador in Bahia province, a former capital of Brazil, was today named for the State of Israel in ceremonies in which Israel Ambassador Yosef Tekoah participated. Some 250 Jewish families live in the city.
