Swiss banks are publishing a list of some 21,000 dormant accounts likely to have belonged to Holocaust victims at www.dormantaccounts.ch. It is the third list to be published by the banks, which agreed to pay $1.25 billion to settle charges that they hoarded the assets of Holocaust victims.
