The Synagogue of the Air, a novel religious service which is being conducted by Rabbi Mayer Winkler over Radio Station KNX, celebrated its third birthday today.
Rabbi Winkler, who was formerly the spiritual leader of Temple Sinai of this city, conducts Conservative services over the radio, which are attracting wide attention. His services include the singing of a choir under the direction of Cantor Morris Schrager.
