–Leaders among the Jewish women in New York State and members of the National Council of Jewish Women will gather in Syracuse for the state conference on April 15, 16 and 17. The delegates will be the guests of the local Council which has already arranged to have Rabbi Leo W. Schwartz of New York City as one of the principal speakers of the conclave.
