Colonial Secretary Malcolm MacDonald informed the House of Commons today that Governor Sir Mark Young of Tanganyika has submitted a preliminary report on the possibilities of Jewish settlement in that British-mandated territory. He said the report has been communicated to the Committee of Coordination for Refugees.
