Nine Jews from Targufromos have been arrested and brought to Jassy where they are being charged with participating in the clash with Cuzists in Targufromos last week in which a number of the Cuzists were injured. The clash occurred when the Cuzists, returning from the successful parliamentary campaign of their leader, Professor Cuza, maltreated an aged Jew and then broke windows in Jewish shops.
